Six steps from stalled to shipped.
Step one takes five minutes. From there, every step has to earn the next. No lengthy assessment, no unnecessary procurement cycle, and no pitch parade. Here is the whole path, start to finish.
The whole path, walked through by the founder.
Under five minutes on how a stated problem becomes a matched partner, a live session, a working playbook and a deployment your own team runs.
The market sells you a process. A³ hands you a room.
A six-month RFP, then four partner pitches and an assessment deck to cap it off. A year gone, and nobody has watched anything run.
You state the problem once. We confirm the context, match the right capability, and let your team see the fit before you start a commercial engagement.
From a five-minute form to a capability your team runs.
Each step is earned by the one before it. You can stop at any point — most teams don't, once they've watched it work.
Name the problem
Tell us your department, objective and problem in your own words. It takes around five minutes. Where needed, we'll briefly confirm technical or commercial context before matching.
Meet your match
A³ selects the partner whose capability best fits the problem. Where the problem spans several layers, we can bring together more than one specialist.
Watch it work
A free live session tests the partner's capability against a scenario shaped around your problem — privately with your team, or publicly using an anonymised use case.
Ship the playbook
If the proof holds up, move into a hands-on workshop (typically one week) with your team and the matched partner. Leave with an actionable playbook, not another presentation.
Put it in production
The matched partner — or another specialist from the A³ ecosystem where required — works alongside your team to move from proof toward production.
Stack the next win
Apply what worked to the next use case, department or capability. Each successful deployment makes the next decision easier.
Not attendance. Not a certificate. A department that ships.
A recording you keep
For public sessions (and private sessions where agreed) you keep the recording for internal review and decision-making.
A playbook your team runs
If you continue into the hands-on workshop, you leave with an actionable playbook built around your own use case.
A capability that can compound
When the first use case succeeds, the next department starts with more evidence, better context and a stronger partner ecosystem.
What teams ask before they claim one.
How long does the first step take?
About five minutes to submit the problem. We may then schedule a short call where necessary to confirm technical context, confidentiality or the appropriate session format before matching.
What does the free session include?
Up to 60 live minutes with a matched partner, testing its capability against a scenario shaped around the problem you submitted. The format can be private or public depending on your requirements.
How is the partner chosen?
A³ screens partners for enterprise relevance, domain fit, delivery capability and references. We then select the strongest fit for the problem you describe — not a shortlist you have to evaluate yourself.
Do we have to commit to anything?
No. The first live session is free. Any workshop, deployment or follow-on engagement is scoped separately and only proceeds with your approval.
What happens afterwards?
If the session validates the fit, the usual next step is a paid hands-on workshop, typically one week. Deployment can then continue with the same partner or another A³ specialist if the problem requires additional capabilities.
Name the problem. We'll build the room.
State it in your own words. A³ confirms the context, selects the partner whose capability fits, and puts it in front of your team for free. Nobody pitches you, and you sign nothing.
